Delivery and pick up was smooth and on time. I would definitely rent through them again if I’m ever in San Antonio visiting again. We rented the Scooter and it ran smoothly and lasted all day. Thank you River City Wheels!

I rented a scooter for my mom so she could travel with us comfortably to Sea World the process was fast and easy and same day service provided. They shared videos and provided instructions for the equipment.

River City Wheels was a lifesaver for my family during our trip to San Antonio! We were traveling with an family member with a physical impairment. River City Wheels was prompt and responsive to my request for a scooter and my later questions! I was so impressed with the scooter delivery right to my hotel! My family member loved the scooter! She had the best vacation ever which means the world to me! Thank you River City Wheels!!!

Wow..what could I say about River City Wheels other than outstanding customer service and support. They continued to communicate with me to ensure that the need was greater than the changes I made regarding drop-off and pickup.Five star review from me to you. Thank you for making it seemless.

River City Wheels was an amazing help for us after my mom had surgery and her recovery was much tougher than anticipated. We called River City Wheels and were able to get a wheelchair delivered the same day. It was a huge relief for both my parents and me to know that my mom could get around safely with her rented chair. Thank you to the team at River City Wheels for being communicative, quick, and professional.

River City Wheels was very easy to work with and helped to save our vacation! I contacted them on a Saturday while on a flight layover to rent a knee scooter. Before we got to our hotel, they had delivered the scooter for me to use when we got there. After using the knee scooter for that evening, I decided I wanted to upgrade it to an electric one. They delivered the electric scooter the next morning and showed us how to use it. Ingrid also sent us a list of accessible entrances to the river walk. When our trip was over, we only had to leave the scooter behind for them to pick up. They made a complicated situation vet easy! Definitely recommend River City Wheels for making mobility easier.
